We are proud to serve the taxpayer community with a fine team of people who are all dedicated to serving your needs year round. Personel includeds the founder Kenneth E Daniel. Having started part-time in 1970 while working at a full time job with The Associates in the home office until 1974 when he quit his job to operate the business full time. For a time he sold life insurance for The Prudential and gained knowledge and understanidng of the life insurance industry. Working out of his house until 1976 he opened the office on Front Street in Niles, Michigan.
The business continued to grow and in 1989 with his wife Ellen he opened a travel agency in the same building with the tax business. Kimberly Jaeger (our daughter) joined us and became a Certified Travel Counselor, the highest designation in the U S Travel industry. She was our lead agent and after the major changes in the travel industry we closed the travel office and she went to work for one of our clients who ran a nationwide club and she worked with them remotely after they moved the business to Florida. Kimberly joined us in the tax business a few years ago and she does our electronic filing and facilitates communication with the various taxing authorities.. Kenneth is active in operating and managing the business and Ellen and Kimberly are the ones that run the office. Planning, compliance and consulting are Ken's primary interest and he is always available to answer questions.
Ellen Daniel, of course is the one who meets clients when they arrive and delivers returns and other documents. She is usually the first one to answer the phone.
